Repairs- initial contact
When making initial contact regarding a repair its usually easiest and most reliable if you contact us through email. We are happy to call back as necessary but being very busy, we aren’t always able to answer calls.
When emailing, please give as much information as possible
e.g. your details, Product type, product name/number, as detailed a description of the fault as possible. ’It doesn’t work ‘ isn’t always that helpful!

Environmental considerations- We want to minimise electronics that end up in landfill. Even if you don’t want an item repaired and are thinking of binning it, please get in touch as if we can’t repair it we may be able to save components or elements of it.
